David Tennant und Sir Derek Jacobi sind ab Juni wieder in ihren ikonischen Rollen als The Doctor und The (War) Master zu hören. Diese hatten sie erstmals in der von Russell T. Davies (Torchwood, Queer As Folk, It’s A Sin u.v.a.) wiederbelebten TV-Serie Doctor Who inne. Auch sind beide seit einigen Jahren immer wieder bei Big Finish Productions in den Hörspielen im Whoniverse zu hören – bislang nur nie gemeinsam.
Das ändert sich nun:
Nach 15 Jahren begegnen sich die beiden BEFs (Best Enemies Forever ;) ), Tennants Doctor und Jacobis War Master nun wieder.
Wer mit englischsprachigen Produktionen kein Problem hat, darf sich somit auf etwas über fünf Stunden Abenteuer in der Welt von Doctor Who freuen.

Insgesamt vier Folgen mit einer Gesamtspieldauer von 306 Minuten wird The War Master: Self-Defence umfassen: The Forest of Penitence, The Players, Boundaries und The Last Line.
